Fill out our inquiry form, and tell us about you! While we need to know your event details (the size, the venue, any specific requirements, etc) we also want to know what you're most excited about, and how we can go above and beyond to make your event extra special.

Either over the phone or in person, during this meeting we’ll review your event’s details, as well as your preferred drink menu and any special requests or themes. We will explain our services, including mobile bar & drink options, staffing, and setup requirements, and provide a quote of costs.

3. Complete Booking

Accept our quote? Sign our contract, send us the deposit, and you're officially on our calendar!


You get the final word on your perfect menu - choices ranging from your favorite classic cocktails, your own special recipes, or one of The Liquor Cabinet's custom creations. 


We can also refer you to other local services and vendors that we work with - photographers, caterers, entertainers, and more.

Dry hire service, providing alcohol for events

Due to state and local regulations, your event is technically "BYOB." We supply all non-alcoholic mixers, garnishes, ice, supplies and equipment.


Will we provide you with an estimated amount of liquor to purchase based on your custom menu and number of guests. 


By purchasing the alcohol yourself, you don't pay any overhead, and you get to keep all the leftovers! We will serve whatever you provide.

We will arrive at a pre-determined time to set up, manage the bar throughout your event, and thoroughly clean up after all your guests have left.


You won't need to lift a finger, except to enjoy a cocktail!

Yes! Credit Card or ACH payments are subject to an additional 3% fee, payable via Square.


Yes! Our bartenders are ABC, TIPS, and ServSafe® certified. 


Our typical attire is black dress pants and a black or white dress shirt. But, we love to dress up! We are more than happy to modify our style to fit your event's theme.


Yes! While we have a mobile bar that we can bring to you, we are happy to provide solely bartending services for a reduced price.


Due to local and state regulations, we cannot provide alcohol at any events. However, we do provide a detailed suggested alcohol shopping list, based on your custom menu and guest count.  


We do provide ice, cups, mixers, garnishes, and any other non-alcohol ingredients and supplies.


Yes! We have two options for tipping:


1. "Buy the Jar" option: Don't want your guests to worry about tipping? You have the option to buy out our tip jar, and our bartenders will refuse to accept tips during your event.


2. "Display the Jar" option: We will place physical and electronic tip jars on our bar and allow your guests to tip. 


Yes. In order to secure your event on our calendar, 50% of your quote is required as a non-refundable deposit at the time of contract signing. This deposit will be credited towards your final balance.


If you unfortunately have to cancel your event, any deposit or payments already made to The Liquor Cabinet are non-refundable. 


If you are rescheduling / postponing your event, any payments made to The Liquor Cabinet are non-refundable but are credited and transferrable; they can be used for a future event.


Luckily, we have a team of back up bartenders that do not have profiles on our website. If your chosen bartender has an emergency the day of your event (sick, car accident, etc), we always have back-up staff on call and ready to go. 


In the event that our back-up staff is unavailable, your full payment (deposit and/or balance) will be fully refunded on the same day, plus an additional "we are so incredibly sorry" credit or payment to you. 


We take your special day very seriously; we are proud to say we have never missed an event.


Yes, per California law, we provide drink test kits at all our events to ensure the safety of all our guests.
